PURPOSE:To eliminate the possibility of the time lag, the loss, and the wrong contents by preparing a center side task and a local side task and transmitting/ receiving the update data containing a control code added. CONSTITUTION:A center device includes a center side task 2 to perform the input of the update data, the update of a master file, and the transmission/ reception of the update data. A terminal equipment includes a local side task 4 which transmits and receives the update data and updates a local master. Then the update data containing a control code added for control of the master updating action is transmitted and received between the center device and the terminal equipment. Thus the time lag is eliminated between the update of a center side master file and that of a local side master file. Then no possibility is produced for the loss, the destruction etc., owing to no intervention of a medium, etc.
