PURPOSE:To obtain the titled processing method without relying on an injection method at the time of manufacturing of a decorative article, by a method wherein decorative constitution utilizing an extrusion molding made of thermoplastic resin is added or only the extrusion molding is utilized to give a decorative function to a mirror and a clock as interior decoration. CONSTITUTION:The titled processing method consists of a process forming a bar shaped extrusion molding 4 by receiving a thermoplastic synthetic resin material 2 to be extruded in a tray 3, a process controlling the extrusion material 4 at a necessary width and linearly by moving the extrusion molding 4 aside by a parquet board or a metal plate 5 in the tray 3, an interim process through which the foregoing tray 3 is turned over on a base and the extrusion molding 4 is made to cool extending over the whole circumference and a final cooling process through which the extrusion molding 4 taken out from the tray 3 after the above cooling process is made to go along a copying die 7 which has been made into a required shape of a product and the extrusion molding 4 is pinched between both the dies 7, 8 by making the comparatively heavy pressing die 8 go along a necessary part of the extrusion material 4 in a touching state. |
