摘要

PURPOSE:To prevent the misuse of a radio telephone system to the persons except the specific users by cancelling the inhibition of calling actions only when a registered recital code coincident with an input one can be retrieved and the registered voice information coincident with the input voice information can be retrieved. CONSTITUTION:The calling action inhibiting state set by a calling action inhibiting means 9a is cancelled when a registered recital code equal to the input one is retrieved by a recital code retrieving means 9b and at the same time the registered voice information equal to the input one is retrieved by a voice information retrieving means 9c respectively. That is, an operator is recognized based on collation results of the recital codes and the voices when the calling action inhibiting state is cancelled. Then it is decided whether the operator is equal to a specific user or not through the integrated decision of the collation results of both recital codes and voices. Thus only the specific user can cancel a locked state and the misuse of a radio telephone system is prevented to the persons except the specific users.
