A funnel-shaped inner tank is located in a box body and a heat source is situated in a space part at the lower part of the funnel-shaped inner tank. A tubular conduit hole, running to a raw material hopper, mounted to an injection moulder, is bored in the central part of the bottom plate of the box body to form a drier combined with a hopper. The pipe line of a powdery material conveying device having proper vol. is connected to the conduit hole. Meanwhile, amount of a powdery material conveyed in a position in the box body for a specified time is freely regulated. In this system, when a moulding resin material is conveyed to the raw material hopper of an injection moulder, the resin raw material can be completely dried, and a desired moulding resin raw material can be easily quantitatively determined.
