<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the package surface area of a memory module and to attain miniaturization by providing a single induction coil to a memory module executing 2-way transmission between a reader and a writer. CONSTITUTION:A reader writer 10 is provided with a controller outputting commands such as read access, write access, data (1 or 0) transmission or bit transfer request or the like, and a command issued from the controller 12 is supplied to a transmission signal generator 50. A transmission signal outputted from the transmission signal generator 50 is amplified by an amplifier 16 and fed to a transmission coil 18. The transmission coil 18 is wound coaxially on the same core 54 together with the reception coil 42 provided to the reader writer 10. A transmission reception common use coil 52 wound on the core 55 is provided to the memory module 20 opposite to the transmission coil 18 of the reader/writer 10. Thus, the package surface area of the memory module is decreased to the area as large as that of one induction coil.</p> |
