PURPOSE:To perform the service activities with high efficiency without retrieving the vacant seat information each time for each train to reach a destination and in order to secure the optimum waiting time by using a device which can input, store and calculates/compares the information. CONSTITUTION:Plural operation consoles 2 are connected via circuits to a CPU 1 which grasps the vacant seat information of all trains and all sections as well as the departure/arrival times of all trains. A display device 3 which shows the received vacant seat information is connected to each console 2 which can receive the vacant seat information on each corresponding section by transmitting the information on the entraining/alighting stations and the through stations. At the same time, a ticket issuing device 4 is also connected to the console 2 to print the due contents on the tickets and issue them when a ticket issuing instruction is given from the console 2 for the received vacant seat contents. Thus it is possible to perform the retrieving/selecting operations so as to secure the optimum waiting time in consideration of the transfer time and also to set the smallest distance traveled. Then an operator can smoothly perform the ticket selling tasks without retrieving the vacant seat information at each transfer station. |
