An electronic device including at least first and a second unit circuits each provided on respective printed circuit boards and connected to each other. The second unit circuit comprises a first storage for storing first data corresponding to an optimal input value to or an output value from the second unit circuit. The first unit circuit comprises an adjusting unit for adjusting the output value of the first unit circuit to the second unit circuit or the input value from the second unit circuit to the first unit circuit, a second storage for storing second data indicative of an adjusting characteristic of the adjusting unit, and a control unit for controlling the adjusting unit on the basis of the first data stored in the first storage of the second unit circuit and the second data stored in the second unit circuit such that the output value of the first unit circuit to the second unit circuit or the input value from the second unit circuit to the first unit circuit becomes an optimal value.
