<p>PURPOSE: To improve the flexibility of an absorptive plate by equipping a slit means in the circumferential surface for displacing the part of a absorptive plate from at least partly the plane of the plate, when a circumferential surface and a roll in the each of a parallel roll and a roll are rotated for making to move a plate by passing through a nip. CONSTITUTION: A roll 10, 11 separated with a pair of an interval is positioned by making a longitudinal axis to be parallel each other, and driven in a counter direction. The absorptive plate 15 is sent into the nip 16 of a roll 10, 11. The plate 15 provides an emboss 17 separated with the interval of being elongated by crossing the plate 15. After a slit is curved, the emboss 17 gives an additional flexibility onto the plate around an parallel axis against the emboss 17.
