Wrapping device for stretch films

The object is to provide a wrapping device for stretch films which, while being of simple construction, permits rapid and consecutive wrapping of goods (7) in order to form packages. Two transport planes (1, 2) are arranged one above the other and with the wrapping station (8) lying between them. The goods (7) are conveyed, in a direction perpendicular to the transport planes (1, 2), alternately from one of the transport planes into the wrapping positon and then back into the transport plane (1, 2). <IMAGE>
