PURPOSE: A method for selecting a music in an image song accompaniment system is provided to mitigate an annoyance of searching a serial number of a music by making a music selected by a first consonant consisting of the title of the music. CONSTITUTION: In a method for selecting a music in an image song accompaniment system,the song accompaniment system accompanies a music selected by an operation panel of a remote controller or by an operation panel of a control machine, and provides the words of a song and a background. The image song accompaniment system makes a user sing a selected song while watching the screen. The operation panel of the remote controller or the operation panel of the control machine comprises a key for inputting a Korean-language consonant.
