PURPOSE:To attain the effective line control of a mobile object moving at high speed by executing the setting, etc., of a speech path through a channel exchange, a terminal control means, a radio base means, and a mobile radio means when the moving speed of the mobile radio means is fast. CONSTITUTION:The channel exchange 20 connects radio base stations 30-1 to 30-n and radio base stations 30-pB through a terminal network 200, or a mobile radio set to a telephone set stored in a general telephone network 10 through an exchange 11. When a certain channel lowers its communication quality to a fixed value or less during the parallel communication of the same communication contents between plural radio base stations and the mobile radio set by means of plural channels, the channel exchange detecting the defective channel switches another channel to another radio base station satisfying the fixed communication quality to execute the communication of the same communication contents without generating instantaneous interruption through plural channels including the new channel. |
