PURPOSE:To save wasteful printing papers, and to improve the instantanity of slip printing by providing an instructing command analyzing means, a partial printing slip data generating means, and a slip data terminal output means, and outputting the necessary part of the slip data to a terminal printer as needed while displaying the slip data on a terminal screen. CONSTITUTION:An instructing command analyzing means 15 analyzes instructing commands to designate a starting position and to designate the completing position of the slip data to be partially outputted to a terminal printer 19, which is inputted from a terminal, and determines a starting record position and a completing record position on an output spooling file 12. A partial printing slip data generating means 16 reads the record of the slip data in a range from the determined starting record position up to the completing recording position from the output spooling file 12, generates the partial printing slip data, and a slip data terminal output means 18 outputs the generated partial printing slip data to a terminal printer. Thus the unnecessary slip is not printed, and the instantanity of the slip printing can be improved.
