As a substitute for asbestos-cement product a lime-silicon element is designated for consisting of a mix of lime and silicon composition in a mutual molar ratio of calcium oxide and silicon dioxide of 0.7 up to 1.1 and then 1 up to 12 mass % of pulp and between 1 up to 25 mass % of dispersion additives. These additives further improving properties of the given product can be represented by milled mica with particle size up to 2 mm or wollastonite or titanium dioxide or mix of the aforesaid additives. The element can also contain up to 8 mass % of alkali-resistant glass fibres.
