A thermal breaker of a boiling vessel for steam generation, namely for cosmetic applications, ensuring reliable interruption of steam generation when the water level evaporates to under a preset level. The cover of the boiling vessel (1) is next to the inlet steam socket fitted with a filling tube (2) and a safety tube (4), which, at the bottom, ends up at the lowest operating level. At the top the safety tube (4) is connected with a connection tube (9) of a transport tube (7), mounted to which is the case (10) of a thermostatic switch and which, with its other end, comes into a transit socket (8) connected with a filling tube (2) at the bottom and open at the top.<IMAGE>
