PURPOSE:To suppress sticking properties and to also especially suppress the charging properties of static electricity by containing a polyion complex consisting of a polyanionic resin and a polycationic resin in a protective layer. CONSTITUTION:A protective layer is composed of a resin composition containing a polyion complex consisting of a polyanionic resin (A) and a polycationic resin (B). Further, the aforementioned polyanionic resin (A) is composed of a resin composition containing 1-100wt.% of a monomer having a carboxylic acid group, a sulfonic acid group and/or a phosphate group as a unit monomer and the aforementioned polycationic resin (B) is composed of a resin composition containing 1-100wt.% of a monomer having basic nitrogen as a unit monomer. By this method, a protective layer having sticking resistance, excellent antistatic function, film forming properties enhanced in an MW and permanent antistatic properties is formed. |
