The present invention provides a quantum dot panel comprising: a first substrate; a plurality of first spaces which are formed in rows and columns as separate spaces on the first substrate; and a first roof layer which is separated by the first substrate and the first spaces and forms one sidewall and an upper wall of the first spaces. Quantum dots and a dispersion layer wherein the quantum dot are dispersed are included inside the first spaces. The quantum dot panel according to the present invention can improve reliability of the quantum dot panel by including the quantum dot inside a space structure formed on a substrate and can simplify a manufacturing process.
