PURPOSE:To improve densely planting properties and increase yield per unit area by providing link mechanisms having plant supporting tools and link device-moving mechanisms on the upper surface of square culture tank whose side is slant side and providing a pair of two culture tanks on same plane. CONSTITUTION:A culture tank 10 of one block is composed of a single tank and constituted so that a side of the tank 10 is a slant surface and movable expanding and contracting type link mechanisms 4-7 are provided on the tank and plant-supporting tools are installed in hinged joints thereof. A small seedling is planted in the supporting tool and put on shorter one in parallel two sides of the culture tank in the state contracting the links 4-7. In this state, the link mechanisms are moved toward the longer side as the plant grows. Thereby intervals between the plant is spread to such extent that leaves are slightly brought into contact with other leaves. |
