The invention relates to a floor panel 1 for hanging floors, the hanging floor comprising a beam assembly 2 serving as a bearing framework. The panel consists of a number of inner panelling boards 3, 4, 5 which are positioned on one another with the edges mutually displaced and are glued together for the purpose of producing an integral panel construction. The boards 3, 4, 5 most suitably consist of what are known as plasterboard panels. The invention also relates to a hanging floor construction which comprises such a panel. <IMAGE>
