PURPOSE:To prevent food from being cracked realizing tasty finish of hot cooking by a method wherein instant food is stored in a cup-like package, an inner lid for preventing vertical movement of instant food and functioning as an intermediate lid at the time of cooking it with hot water poured in is fitted on the food, and further an opening of the cup-like package is sealed by an outer lid. CONSTITUTION:In a cup-like package 1, wherein a double package is realized with a space 1c formed between an inner vessel 1a made of synthetic resin and an outer vessel 1b, an inner lid engaging part 2a and an outer lid engaging part 2b are formed in stairs respectively on the upper portion. On the upper surface of instant foodstuff 3, spice 4 contained in a bag and soup 5 contained in a bag are packed together, and on the upper part of them, an inner lid for preventing vertical movement of the instant food 3 and functioning as an intermediate lid at the time of cooking the food with hot water poured and an outer lid to be placed on the upper end for sealing inside are placed.
