MICROGRANULATESS COMPRISING A SATURATED FATTY ACID TRIGLYCERIDE AND AN ACTIVE SUBSTANCE, AND TOPICAL PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITIONS CONTAINING SUCH MICROGRANULATES

Microgranules loaded with a substance which is therapeutically active with respect to skin disorders and which melts on application to the skin. They are essentially formed by granulation of the abovementioned active substance using at least one saturated fatty acid triglyceride having a melting point of between 30 and 50 DEG C, the abovementioned microgranules having an average diameter of between approximately 5 mu m and 800 mu m. These microgranules find application in the treatment of skin disorders.
