PURPOSE:To make a high speed polyphase reclosing by the other line possible by delaying the residual phase breakage due to the link condition failure of the polyphase reclosing by the time added by a polyphase reclosing no-voltage time and a breaker reclosing time. CONSTITUTION:In case the 2nd line A line device is 'excluded' from carrier protection and if a simultaneous accidents of the 1st line R and S phases and the 2nd line S and T phases occur, the link is ascertained for the 1st line A line device 15 with only a self-circuit as AND circuits 13A, 13B and 13C are locked and as no outputs of two-phase AND circuits 8A, 8B and 8C are issued, no high speed polyphase reclosing condition will hold to cause the residual phase breakage. At this moment, as an AND circuit 20 is locked, it will be the residual phase breakage after the timing of a residual phase breakage delay timer 21. Consequently, let the timing of the residual phase breakage delay timer 21 be a polyphase reclosing no-voltage time + a breaker closing time or so, and the high speed polyphase reclosing will be performed after the polyphase reclosing no-voltage time by B line devices 16 and 18 in both 1st and 2nd lines. |
