Apparatus for the generation of ozonised water for sterilisation. Comprises a generator 6 with a high-voltage power connection 5 originating from the transformer 4, the generator 6 being mounted between the end caps or plugs 11, one of these being provided with conduit 10 for the entry of air from the drier or filter 7, the ozone gas obtained departing via conduit 12 in plug 11 on the opposite side, this ozone being delivered to the entry point 13 of venturi accelerator 14 which receives the water via conduit 16, with an interposed pressure switch 3 which operates automatically or through an electrically- operated valve which is operated manually by means of switch 2, passing through the upper bridging conduit 25 to produce the water/ozone mixture in accelerator 14, the accelerator being protected by an outer tube filled with quartz flour to maintain its permeability, a triatomic mixture of water and ozone being produced within the accelerator, breaking up the molecules of water to achieve homogeneous mixing, finally departing via a lower pipe 18 for use. <IMAGE>
