The present invention relates to a sliding removable tarpaulin support device, characterised in that it comprises a fixed bracket 100, a section comprising at least one groove 210 with converging sides intended to receive a complementary structure 410 secured to one edge of a tarpaulin 400 to allow the tarpaulin 400 to slide along the section 200, and support means 300 suitable for connecting the section 200 to the bracket 100 whilst allowing controlled deflection of the section 200 with respect to the bracket 100 in the relaxed state of the tarpaulin 400. <IMAGE>
