The third ignition timing setting means E setting the ignition timing between the first ignition timing and the second ignition timing is provided, the second control means F detects the transition time of operation from the ignition timing setting means C to the ignition timing setting means D, and an ignition timing control means A is driven with the ignition timing set by the ignition timing setting means E so that the ignition timing is gradually changed from the first ignition timing to the second ignition timing.
