PURPOSE:To enhance smoothness and physical properties value by mixing a filler composed of needle crystals of calcium sulfate into polyol or isocyanate liquid preliminarily, injecting said polyol and isocyanate liquid into a mold, reacting thereon and molding a urethane molded product. CONSTITUTION:A filler composed of needle crystals of calcium sulfite is mixed into polyol or isocyanate liquid preliminarily, and said polyol or isocyanate liquid is injected into the inside of a mold and reacted thereon to mold a urethane molded product. Polyol is injected into the mold as mixed solution with ethylene glycol, triethanolamine, dabco, dibutyltin dilaurate trichlolethylphosphate, Freon and the like, while isocyanate is injected as separate, independent liquid. The suitable adding quantity of needle crystals of calcium sulfate is 5-30 pts.wt. of the total urethane material, preferably around 20 pts.wt. |
