Connecting element for the elastic/flexible, releasable assembly of a plurality of parts, having a narrow/elongate body which is designed in an annular and self-contained manner and consists of a firm, resiliently deformable material, at least two preferably opposite portions of the annular body extending such that they bulge outwards and, if appropriate are symmetrical with respect to one another.
