The apparatus comprises two adjoining vertical elements, a third long and narrow receptacle, the hydrostatic style which comprises a mechanical lift for the removal of the salts. The lower ends of the three receptacles interconnect and aeration is effected at the third lateral receptacle comprising three heat alternators in series, namely boiler-condenser-cooler (6, 7, 9) for the condensation of vapours. The principal characteristics of the invention are based on the fact that it exploits virtually completely the latent heat of aeration, it exploits the property of highly concentrated NaCl to prevent encrustations of salt and erosion, and by automatic thermal aeration it suppresses microorganisms at a high temperature, and the influence of saline water. <IMAGE>
