PURPOSE:To cope with the change of specifications just with rewriting the contents of each table by producing a control file and interpreting and executing a software basic parts which performs a file access after calling the parts based on the information defined at each table. CONSTITUTION:The contents of a layout table 10, a user memory corresponding table 11, an access system table 12, and an execution information table 13 are defined by a defining tool 14 and stored in a control file 8 as the control information used at execution. Then a file access process part 5 serving as a software basic parts interprets the information defined at each table and calls each module which performs a file access to execute it. Thus a file access process function is obtained and therefore it is possible to cope with the change of specifications just by rewriting the contents of each table despite occurrence of the change of the program specifications. Furthermore no change is required to a program itself.
