The present invention relates to new pharmaceuticals consisting of a compound of the general formula I in which R<1> and R<2> have the meanings stated in the description, and of isosorbide 5-mononitrate or isosorbide 2-mononitrate or glycerol trinitrate or glycerol 1-mononitrate or glycerol 2-mononitrate, which can be used to control cardiovascular diseases, especially for the prophylaxis and therapy of angina pectoris and myocardial infarct.
