PURPOSE:To prepare a chlorosulfonated polyethylene elastomer compsn. excellent in mold release and mold staining properties in vulcanizing process by compounding a chlorosulfonated polyethylene elastomer with a specified amt. of a specific polyethylene deriv. CONSTITUTION:100 pts.wt. chlorosulfonated polyethylene elastomer is compounded with 0.5-30 pts.wt. polyethylene deriv. having a number-average MW of 500-5000 and contg. pref. at least 0.1mole% (based on the polyethylene deriv.) of hydroxyl and/or carboxyl groups in its molecule. |
