摘要

Sulphated alkali dextran and hydro-dextran substantially free from sulphate and chloride ions are obtd. by preapitating the sulphated polysaccharide in an aq. isopropyl alcohol medium in which the alkali sulphates and chlorides remain dissolved, whole the polysaccharide separates out as a syrup which is later dehydrated with a suitable agent.
