PURPOSE:To enhance heat follow-up property as well as to prevent the occurrence of chattering noise owing to the oscillation of an induction coil by providing a gap between a heat sensitive body which comes in contact with a heated body by the energizing force of a spring so as to sense temperature, and the spring. CONSTITUTION:A gap A is provided between a heat sensitive body 7 which comes in contact with a pan acting as a heated body by the energizing force of a spring 13, and the spring 13, the spring 13 does not come in contact with the heat sensitive body 7 which is made of a metal so as to have heat conduction enhanced, but does come in contact with a spring seat 17 which is formed on a heat sensitive support body 12 made of resin, the occurrence of chattering noise is thereby prevented even when the spring 13 is oscillated by the development of alternating magnetic field owing to the oscillation of an induction coil 2 wherein the spring is of elasticity while being supported by means of linear contact. Since the spring seat 17 formed on the heat sensitive body 12 is projected out of a groove section 18 formed on the outer surface of the heat sensitive body 7, the spring 13 the upper end of which is supported by the spring seat 17 becomes large in outer diameter, contacting property between the heat sensitive body 7 and the pan 1 is thereby enhanced so that heat follow-up property is stabilized. |
