PURPOSE:To obtain a fatty emulsion, consisting of respective specific amounts of N-solanesyl-N,N'-bis(3,4-dimethoxybenzyl)ethylenediamine-malate, specified fatty emulsion base, specific emulsifying agent and water and having excellent anticancer activity enhancing action. CONSTITUTION:A fatty emulsion, obtained by blending (A) a malate expressed by the formula with (B) one or more fatty emulsion bases selected from vegetable oils (especially soybean oil), 8-12C medium-chain fatty acid triglyceride and 6-18C fatty acid mono to digylcerides, (C) one or more emulsifying agents selected from phospholipids (especially soybean phospholipid) and nonionic surfactants and (D) water as essential ingredients and preferably further an isotonizing agent, such as glycerol, an emulsification adjuvant, such as 10-20C fatty acid, a stabilizer, such as cholesterol, and capable of remarkably enhancing anticancer activity of other anticancer agents. The concentrations of the above- mentioned ingredients are 0.1-10% (wt./vol.), ingredient (A), 5-50% (wt./vol.) ingredient (B) and 0.05-25% (wt./vol.) ingredient (C).
