PURPOSE:To easily measure the temp. of the esophagus even during use or to obtain an electrocardiogram by inserting a lead wire having a temp. sensor or an electrode for an electrocardiograph mounted to its tip in a catheter main body. CONSTITUTION:A catheter main body 1 is constituted by providing a plurality of internal lumens such as a suction/irrigation lumen 3a, an air supply lumen 3b, a lead wire lumen 3c or the like to one tube 2, and a lead wire 5 having a temp. sensor 4 mounted to its tip and a lead wire 7 having an electrode 6 for an electrocardiograph mounted to the leading end thereof are inserted in the lead wire lumen 3c of said main body 1. Further, a clinical thermometer 9 is connected to the rear end of the lead wire 5 through a connection adaptor 8 and an electrocardiograph 10 is connected to the rear end of the lead wire 7 through the connection adaptor. By this method, even when necessity is generated at the time of use, it is unnecessary to insert a temp. sensor containing tube in the esophagus apart from a catheter or to bond the electrode for the electrocardiograph to the surface of the breast part and correspondence can be easily taken to various states. |
