PURPOSE: To enable high-resolution transfer without requiring a dry film or liquid photoresist at every copying of individual circuit boards by migrating electrostatic charge toner particles across a gap filled with liquid to a conductive image receiving surface. CONSTITUTION: The desired circuit graphics are formed without using the dry film or liquid photoresist on the image receiving surface of a permanent master or product by using a coating film or photosensitive material which is a photopolymer like the dry film or liquid photoresist on a conductive substrate. The transfer of the image developed across the gap filled with the liquid is induced at only a transfer point by maintaining the first plane passing the electrostatic image formable surface parallel with the second plane passing the image receiving surface. The gap between this electrostatic image formable surface and the image receiving surface is preferably maintained between about 3 to 10mil by using spacer pieces of a desired thickness. As a result, the transfer of the high-density image developed from the electrostatic image formable surface is made possible.
