PURPOSE:To enable simple increase in the sensitivity of clinical assessment for infections diseases by transferring and amplifying the signal area in the downstream of a specific hybrid promoter with an RNA synthetase. CONSTITUTION:A plasmid DNA material is treated with a restriction enzyme or the like to provide the signal-amplifying DNA molecule containing the promoter area of recognition bonding site of RNA synthetase, the signal area to be amplified which is the template to be transferred by RNA synthetase, and the detection area which is a probe forming a hybrid together with the target molecule to be detected. The detection area in the component A which contains single strands of the promoter area, the signal area and the detection area is hybridized with the target molecule in the sample to provide double strands of the promoter area and the signal area (B). Then, the signal area in the downstream of the promoter area of the component B is transferred with RNA synthetase to provide the transferred product (C). Then, the component C is labeled, precipitated by TCA and collected with a resin or the like for detection. |
