PURPOSE:To enable a prescribed concentration coffee extract to be obtained even if the atmospheric temperature changes by providing a water-temperature control device for controlling the water temperature at a prescribed temperature to any one of a water-reserving tank, an extracting vessel, or the water passage between them. CONSTITUTION:When the temperature detector 7 costituting a water-temperature control device detects the temperature of a water-reserving tank 1, this temperature information is input into a temperature controller 9. On the basis of this temperature information, the temperature controller 9 controls the electrification of a thermo-element 8. In other words, the water stored in the water-reserving tank 1 is controlled at a prescribed temperature, for example, 25 deg.C independently of the atmospheric temperature, so that a prescribed strength coffee extract can be obtained. Further, when a thermo-element 17 constituting a water- temperature control device is provided to the lower side part of an extracting vessel 13, the entire extracting vessel 13 is controlled at a prescribed temperature, enabling a prescribed strength coffee extract to be obtained. Furthermore, the water-temperature control device may be provided to the water passage between the water-reserving tank 1 and the extracting vessel 13. |
