PURPOSE:To obtain a plate which is capable of preventing a warpage, deformation, interlaminar delamination and a crack and is little in variance of plate thickness between the production lots by heating and pressurizing a laminated prepared body made of carbon fiber and thermosetting resin to form a molded plate and calcining this molded plate in the nonoxidative atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:In a prepreg made of carbon fiber and thermosetting resin, the content A of resin solid in this prepreg is 25-33wt.% and the content B (B is shown in (W1-W2)/(W1-W3)X100. In the formula, W1 shows weight of prepreg per unit area before the ensuing molding) of volatile components is this prepreg is 10-20wt.%. This prepreg is laminated on a lower die flat in the die face to form a laminated body. An upper die flat in the die face is placed on the laminated body to sandwich this laminated body between the upper and lower dies. Then after this laminated body is heated and pressurized to form a molded plate, furthermore successively this molded plate is calcined in the nonoxidative atmosphere and made to a carbon fiber/carbon composite and thereby the aimed plate is obtained. |
