The subject of the invention is monobloc wine-making devices for draining, steeping in hot must and draining grapes. A device according to the invention comprises a monobloc unit which comprises a cylindrical and vertical maceration tank 1 and a ring-shaped tank 2 situated at the outer periphery of the maceration tank, a steeping ring 31 and a draining ring 32 which are coaxial and situated above the ring-shaped tank 2 and a tank 12 for receiving the grapes and for draining which is situated at the top of the unit. The hot must which drains into the ring-shaped tank 2 is recycled to the steeping ring 31 through a pump 6 via an exchanger 7. Blades 23, 24, 25 are driven in rotation around the axis zz1 of the unit and sweep the bottom of the steeping and draining rings and of a trough 17 for draining the cold grapes. One application is the manufacture of red wine by liquid-phase fermentation. <IMAGE>
