The device includes an extension rod consisting of two concentric tubes 1 and 2 and of an internal spring 3, articulated at each of its ends to each of the two shutters. It also includes a means for manually controlling the movements of the shutters which means consists of a flexible link 4 fixed at each of its ends to each of the shutters, and a pneumatic, hydraulic or cable-operated internal motorised control means.
