PURPOSE:To enhance workability of visual check, by temporarily blowing steam upon soldered part for delustering, and checking the soldered part. CONSTITUTION:Boiled steam is sprayed on the soldered surface of a printed board, and the luster of the soldered part is temporarily matted. It is desirable that the steam has particles as minute as possible. The temperature is made to be higher than the temperature of the soldered surface of the board. Under the delustered state, visual check is performed. Thus the poorly soldered parts are detected. A steam generating device used in this check has, e.g., a structure shown in the Figure. Water 17 in a water tank 10 is boiled by an electronic heater 11, and steam is sent to a steam chamber 12. The steam is jetted out of a nozzle 15. The steam is blown upon the soldered part. Thus the working efficiency can be enhanced without permanently matting the luster. |
