PURPOSE:To dissolve concentration of a stress on the car-body support part of a leaf spring by supporting the leaf spring whose both ends are connected to right/left wheel side members on the car-body through right/left pair of brackets swingable in the longitudinal direction of the car-body. CONSTITUTION:A cross member 2 extending in a car width direction is installed on a frame 1 extending in the longitudinal direction of a car-body. The lower end part of a damper 4 is fixed on the upper part of a wheel support member 3. Further, both right/left end parts of a leaf spring 5 arranged in the car width direction are connected to the lower part of the wheel support member 3. In this case, the leaf spring 5 is supported through a swinging bracket 6 and a fixed bracket 7 near the frame installation part of the cross member 2. In the case of vertical vibration of a wheel, the leaf spring 5 is bent-deformed vertically so as to generate a spring reaction force. Thus, generation of stress concentration on the car-body support part of the leaf spring 5 can be evaded. |
