PURPOSE:To make possible setting corresponding to a dwelling condition by integrally forming a compressor unit and a body unit with connecting fittings, and properly separating them. CONSTITUTION:An indoor heat exchanger 14, an outdoor heat exchanger 19 and a compressor unit 13 are connected by a high pressure pipe 23, piping 24, a pressure reduction device 25 and a low pressure pipe 26. The side face of a body 11 is penetrated from connecting fittings 27 by screws 28 from the outside, and further the compressor unit 13 is screwed through its side wall. Accordingly, when the compressor unit 13 is housed in a body unit 12, it is fixed by the connecting fittings 27, and when only the compressor unit 13 is taken out, a top board is removed to lift up upward. Further, the compressor unit 13 and pieces of piping 23, 24, 26 are connected by connecting devices 30, 31 for connecting by a coupling, a flare and the like. |
