PURPOSE:To obtain a complex excellent in heat resistance and prevented from curling by polymerizing a diamine component wherein the mol ratio of 3,3'- dimethoxybenzidine and 4,4'-diaminophenyl ether is specific with a tetracarboxylic dianhydride component containing pyromellitic dianhydride in a specific mol.% or more to prepare polyimide and forming the film of said polyimide on an inorg. material or integrating the same with said material. CONSTITUTION:A film composed of polyimide, which is prepared by polymerizing a diamine component wherein the mol ratio of 3,3'-dimethoxybenzidine and 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl ether is 50:50-95:5 with a tetracarboylic dianhydride component containing 50% or more of pyromelitic dianhydride, is formed on an inorg. material or integrated with the inorg. material or a layer containing said inorg. material. This complex can be prepared by a method wherein the aromatic diamine component and the tetracarboxylic dianhydride component are reacted in an aprotic polar solvent to prepare polyamide acid varnish and this varnish is applied to the inorg material or the inorg. material is added to said varnish in a powdery form and the resulting mixture is applied to a base material and the coating layer is subsequently imidated. |
