PURPOSE:To improve the linearity, by controlling a bias voltage generating constant current source provided between control electrodes of a pair of complementary transistor (TR) elements, through the single ended connection of the TRs. CONSTITUTION:Emitters of a pair of complementary TRs Q1, Q2 are connected in common via unipolar diodes D1, D2 respectively, this common connecting point (a) is taken as a switch input terminal of a shunt switch circuit to obtain single ended connection. When bias voltage generating constant current sources I1, I2 are operative, the TRs Q1, Q2 are turned on with a bias circuit consisting of diodes D3-D4. When the sources I1, I2 are set off at the same time, the TRs Q1, Q2 are turned off, and the impedance viewed from the point (a), i.e., the impedance when the switch circuit is turned off, is made very high. |
