PURPOSE:To release a molded foam handily and readily by a method wherein a hole corresponding to the specific reference position on a molding die is provided on the plastic molded form and compressed air is blown in through this hole. CONSTITUTION:The reference position C of a die 11 determined by dimensions A and B is preset to the molding die 11. On one hand, on the plastic molded foam 12a of a hole 13 is provided at the position corresponding to said reference position C and compressed air is blown in from the nozzle 14 set at the reference position C as indicated by the arrows to release the foam 12a from the die 11. By said method, in a circle line using several dies with the same outer dimension, releasing operation can be carried out by one nozzle simply and securely regardless of the shape of a molded product when said dimensions A, B are specified. |
