LASER FLUOROMETRIC DETECTOR FOR MICROCOLUMN CHROMATOGRAPHY

A laser fluorometric detector for microcolumn chromatography comprises a laser, a flow-through cell, a diaphragm, and a receiver of fluorescence emission optically connected together. The diaphragm is a rectangular trapezium located between the flow through cell and a cylindrical telescope for forming the laser emission. The diaphragm adjusts the detected sample volume in the flow-through cell.
