A storage container made of thermoplastic for storing liquids is usually made up of a plurality of container elements for reasons of stability, which container elements are connected integrally by means of a connecting channel. The design must be such that, in particular, simple production and a space-saving arrangement of the finished storage container are possible. According to the invention, the connecting channel (3) is connected in each case to mutually facing side walls (4, 5) of the container elements (1, 2) and is designed in such a way that it is variable in length in its longitudinal direction.
