PURPOSE:To exactly load a program from a master set to a terminal equipment as required by discriminating whether or not a program to a terminal equipment is to be loaded based on an identification information data stored in the respective memories of the master equipment and the terminal equipment. CONSTITUTION:A version number W of identification information identifying program in an area (t) of a memory 4 of an exchange control section of a master set in response to a request of program load and a version number of a program already loaded in a version number area (c) of a RAM 10 of a terminal control section of a terminal side are compared. Then it is discriminated to be loaded only at the dissidence, the program is loaded and the version number is stored in the area (c). Through the constitution above, the program is suitably loaded from the master equipment to the terminal equipment only as required.
