A process for reclaiming and concentrating selected or combined waste products of the farming, food and butchering industries, which process comprises: a first stage wherein the original product is filtered and homogenized by first means (3); a second stage wherein, via second means (5), the original product is cooked in vegetable oil heated to a predetermined temperature by third means (14), for evaporating part of the water in the product and so concentrating the same; and a third stage wherein fourth means (6) separate the concentrated product from the vegetable oil. <IMAGE> <IMAGE> |
